Shipping is currently available for the U.S. and Canada only. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Generally, shipping is handled by a third party courier. Actual delivery dates may vary.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days, and then sent for shipping. Order processing time may be impacted due to a high volume or order, and any known delays will be communicated via the email address used at checkout.

Scavenger Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Scavenger Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at hello@thescavengerbox.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
