Shipping Policy

Shipping is currently available for the U.S. and Canada only. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Generally, shipping is handled by a third party courier. Actual delivery dates may vary. 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order processing time may be impacted due to a high volume or order, and any known delays will be communicated via the email address used at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Note: greeting cards are not shipped with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Scavenger Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
