What's your return policy?
We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thescavengerbox.com. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will process your refund once we have accepted the return but both original shipping on the order and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
If you notice an issue with your order, we’re so sorry. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@thescavengerbox.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can resolve it for you. We will do our very best to ensure there is no extra hassle for you.
