Shipping policy
Shipping is currently available for the U.S. and Canada only. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Generally, shipping is handled by a third party courier. Actual delivery dates may vary.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order processing time may be impacted due to a high volume or order, and any known delays will be communicated via the email address used at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to their schedules, potential delays, and external factors beyond our control (such as weather disruptions, customs processing, or carrier backlogs). We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Note: greeting cards are not shipped with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Scavenger Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Delivery Address
In the event that an incorrect delivery address was provided, customers are able to receive a refund minus shipping costs after the parcel has been returned to sender.
